The only Paris Disneyland in Europe, the first ride accident I met in my life.

On January 23, 2023, I went to Paris, the only Disneyland in Europe.

Disneyland Paris boasted a tremendous ride in scale and quality using Disney caricatures (Disney, Pixar, Marvel, etc.) as abundant as its reputation. It was impossible to compare with Everland and Lotte World in Korea. Otherwise, for the first time in my life, I experienced a ride-hailing accident at such a Disneyland.

First of all, the schedule was simply organized as follows.
15:20 Start lining up for Big Thunder Mountain boarding
16:05 on board the attraction
16:10 Accident due to attraction interruption
16:30 Check the accident and move passengers to the emergency exit
16:45 Escaped from the accident.

After the accident, we didn't immediately recognize it as an accident.
I only thought that all of this would be scenarios.
Because this is the best Disneyland in the world.
About 10 minutes later, the staff appeared shouting "No Photo."
And about 20 minutes later, the attraction will guide the passengers to get off.
With the guidance of the staff, 20 to 30 passengers went out through the dark darkness.

In front of the exit, I had the following conversation with the staff of the organization.
Staff: Due to an accident today, Disneyland premium access tickets are given today.
I: What does this mean? It's 4:45 p.m., so what's the point for me?
Staff: You can use it tomorrow if you want.
I: I'm from Korea, and today is my only visit to Disneyland. I have no tomorrow for Disneyland Paris.
Staff: There's nothing we can't do for you. There are often accidents in Disneyland and we always handled it like this.
I: How Disneyland can treat customers like this. I'd like to meet the person in charge.
Staff: There's nothing we can do for you.

We had nothing more to say to the staff who had no responsibility and only had tickets, so we left the attraction and moved to the customer service center. I explained the accident again to the person in accident today. However, there is nothing we can do at the customer service center, so I was only told to tell me using Disneyland Help Service.

OK.

It was difficult to write because I was traveling.
Now, I'm blogging my long story.
I wonder how Disneyland will react in the future.
